This website is operated by Matthew Urbanski, Colorado, United States. It presents photography, book information, personal notes, podcast links, and ways to contact us or subscribe to updates. Policy questions can be sent to [email protected].
Current website use
These terms describe permitted website use. Do not use the site to submit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing material; send spam; interfere with security or availability; impersonate others; or collect other people’s personal information without authority. Provide accurate information when contacting us or subscribing.
Photographs and other content
Photographs, videos, writing, branding, and other site content are protected by intellectual-property laws and belong to Matthew Urbanski or the applicable rights holder. Viewing the website does not grant a license to reproduce, sell, redistribute, commercially use, or train automated models on protected content.
Sharing a link to a public page is welcome. For licensing, publication, print purchases, or other reuse, contact us for permission. These terms do not remove uses or rights permitted by applicable law.
Subscriptions and the book waitlist
Email subscriptions are voluntary and managed separately. You can unsubscribe using the available email controls or by contacting us. A book-waitlist signup is not a purchase, guaranteed allocation, reservation, contract to buy, or commitment to pay.
Book descriptions, previews, and expected release dates may change during development. Any final product specification, availability, or delivery commitment will be stated when orders are offered.
No product orders at launch
The site is not accepting product orders at launch. No online sale, recurring payment plan, or paid subscription is established by these terms. Product prices, taxes, payment terms, shipment details, cancellations, and final return rules must be disclosed before sales begin. See Shipping & returns.
Service inquiries
Submitting a contact form or discussing a photography or video project does not confirm a booking. Scope, schedule, deliverables, payment, cancellation, usage rights, and other project terms require a separate agreement.
Messages, comments, and third-party services
You remain responsible for material you submit and should have permission to share it. Processing a message requires the limited use needed to respond and administer the inquiry; it does not transfer ownership of your photographs or other work. Public comments may be moderated where offered.
External platforms and linked services have their own terms and privacy practices. Links do not create a guarantee of their availability or an endorsement of every item they publish.
Accuracy, availability, and legal limits
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website accurate, but content may contain errors or become outdated. General notes are personal observations, not individualized professional, legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice. The site may change or be unavailable from time to time.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the website is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose.
