Manage cookie preferences

WooCommerce order attribution
WooCommerce Order Attribution is enabled. It uses first-party cookies to identify the traffic sources and sales channels that bring visitors to this website, so we can understand which channels lead to purchases when sales begin. This is order-source measurement, not advertising-platform retargeting. The website currently provides information and signups and does not accept product orders.
The attribution cookie names are sbjs_session, sbjs_udata, sbjs_first, sbjs_current, sbjs_first_add, sbjs_current_add, and sbjs_migrations. They store visit, referral, campaign, session, and browser/device information. For cookie lifetimes and how this information is used, see the Privacy policy.
Order-attribution cookie choices: WooCommerce uses the Marketing Cookies category in the banner for order attribution. These cookies are not essential and are not set before you make a choice. Accept All, or enabling Marketing Cookies and confirming your choices, allows this measurement. Decline, Only Essential, or rejecting Marketing Cookies prevents it. You can reopen Manage cookie preferences to withdraw permission; withdrawing it removes the attribution cookies. Choices apply to the browser and device where you make them. The Marketing Cookies category includes order-source measurement and does not mean that advertising-platform retargeting is enabled.
Email subscriptions
Book Updates and Urbanski Briefly are independent subscriptions. Use the preferences or unsubscribe link provided in an email to manage the available choices. If you need help, email [email protected] from the subscribed address and specify which subscription you want to stop—or ask to stop all marketing email.
An unsubscribe request may leave a minimal suppression record so your address is not accidentally subscribed again. Transactional or legally necessary messages, if any, are separate from marketing subscriptions.
Access, correction, deletion, or a copy
Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request.” Tell us which request you are making and the email address used for the website or signup. Please do not email passwords, payment details, or identity documents unless a secure verification method has been agreed.
Depending on applicable law, available requests may include access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, withdrawal of consent, objection, or appeal. We may ask for proportionate verification and respond within the deadlines required by applicable law.
Advertising and sale/sharing choices
We do not sell personal information or use advertising-platform retargeting. If this changes, we will update our disclosures and any required notice, consent, or opt-out controls before beginning the new activity.
